GFS-Win
and Panel-PC Software
The GFS-3000 can be operated via the integrated panel-PC or an external PC connected via USB.
The integrated panel-PC has a large (11.5 cm x 8.6 cm), transflective LC-display with touch screen and background illumination, which is clearly readable in the field. Instrument operation is self-explanatory.
Beginners are able to operate the GFS-3000 with minimal training. For more sophisticated procedures like calibration, the user is guided by the software. Programming user-defined protocols, e.g. for CO2-curves or light-curves is very simple. The control of the instrument from an external PC with the GFS-Win software allows accessible demonstrations of real-world experiments in classes or lectures.
For developers, the GFS-Win software allows the incorporation of the GFS-3000 into integrated measuring facilities via COM-objects.
