Suitable for excitation of PS II chlorophyll fluorescence of most algae groups including cyanobacteria, together with IMAGING-PAM MICROSCOPY version only with IMAG-AXIOSCOPE-5
Emission peak wavelength 470 nm.
The set contains a selection of ND filters that can be used to adjust the light source to higher than standard magnifications.
An optimized interference filter is already mounted.
