Micro Quantum Sensor MC-MQS

The MC-MQS is a pinhole quantum sensor to measure quantum flux density of the fluorescence excitation light on the object level. The sensor has the dimensions of a microscope slide. It features a 0.2 mm pinhole with a fluorescent diffuser resin and a blue-enhanced photodiode. The signal is transmitted via a separate preamplifier to the PAM-CONTROL unit. The effective PAR values are stored and can be used to calculate relative electron transport rates (rETR).
