MINI-PAM-II

The MINI-PAM-II can also be used in combination with a suspension cuvette (KS-2500) and a stirring unit (MKS-2500). The cuvette can hold 400 µl of suspension. The photo shows a configuration allowing the simultaneous measurement of fluorescence (fiber stabilized by a DUAL-BA) and oxygen with a FirestingO2 optode (Pyroscience). In the absence of the optode, for example, inhibitors can be added to the sample with a syringe along this route. A water bath can be connected to the suspension cuvette to control the temperature of the sample.
