Miniature Magnetic Stirrer

Settling of particles is prevented by using a miniature magnetic stirrer (US-MS).  A special adapter plug allows the insertion in the bottom port of Optical Unit ED-101US/MD. A rotating magnetic field created by the stirrer tip drives the rotation of a miniature magnetic stir bar in the cuvette. The stirrer is connected to the control unit of the PHYTO-PAM-II MODULAR Version and can be switched on and off by the software.
