Induction Curve Window: The window displays continuous PAM fluorescence (Ft) as black line. The non-photochemical quenching parameter, NPQ, is drawn in blue and electron transport rate (ETR) is shown in red.
Light Curve Window: Fluorescence data are plotted against PAR. Red points represent ETR data to which the light curve model “REG1” was fitted by WinControl-3 (dark red curve). Using green color, the panel displays three types of photosystem II quantum yields: the yield for photochemistry (Y(II), steeply declining), for uncontrolled heat dissipation (Y(NO), gradually declining), and the yield for controlled heat dissipation (Y(NPQ), rising).
Report Window: The window lists for each saturation pulse analysis date, time, the fluorescence levels, F and Fm’, PAR, Y(II) and ETR. Lines 6 to 18 are data of a light response curve. The cardinal values of this curve are highlighted.
Batch File Window: Batch files execute experiments automatically. Create batch files using the commands provided by drop-down menus (Present command is “Switch on actinic light”. To write to the batch file, successively click: Edit > Add command > Light sources > Actinic light ON). Also create batch files using the Macro recorder of WinControl-3.
